We provide out-of-hours emergency care for registered clients.

The out of hours service is available around the clock, every day of the year.
Do not use email or Facebook Messenger to contact us in an emergency; these are only monitored during office hours.

What if you are not registered with Hay Vets?
If you are here on holiday, or have recently moved to the area, then we will provide care. However we reserve the right to charge a surcharge to unregistered clients.

Continuity of care is important to ensure the best outcomes for animals being treated. We will share our clinical notes with your practice at home. When time permits, we will request that your usual practice forward patient records to us before we see your pet.
