Leanne has passed her surgical nursing certificate. This required her to complete 8 training modules covering a range of subjects such as pain relief, wound management and anaesthetic considerations for specific cases.
In addition she had to pass a written examination and complete research project. Much of the study had to be covered during lockdown, while Leanne was also juggling homeschool and caring for her pre-schooler. What a feat!!
